As the President of Ascenttra, I bring extensive operational knowledge of the first response community, all levels of government, healthcare industries, adult education, and training. I am an adult educator and national speaker specializing in business continuity, planning, training, exercise design, and emergency preparedness.

I have been fortunate enough to have provided hundreds of lectures and classes on exercise design and have designed, developed, conducted, and evaluated hundreds of preparedness exercises across all levels of government and the private sector. Highlights include:
