Liassons Officer / Topos Rescue Brigade, Mexico

Fernando Alvarez is Director of Communications at the Topos Rescue Brigade, a civil organization of volunteer rescuers that was created in the aftermath of the 1985 earthquake in Mexico. Since then, the Topos Rescue Brigade have traveled all over the world to help in rescue operations, including major earthquakes in Indonesia, China, Turkey, Haiti and Chile.
