Social Protection Officer / WFP

Flavia Lorenzon is the Social Protection Strategic Advisor at World Food Programme (WFP) Regional Office of the Latin America and the Caribbean, supporting country offices in the region in system strengthening, with a focus on shock responsive social protection, climate change and institutional coordination. Previously to her current role, Flavia was the Social Protection Manager in WFP Mozambique, leading activities on direct assistance through social protection and advancing different capacity strengthening initiatives, with a focus on service delivery (digital payments, information management system) and national coordination for shock responsive social protection and anticipatory actions.
