Lt. Col (Rtd) Hassan is Chief Executive Officer of National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) – Kenya’s specialized agency that ensures coordinated action by Government and other stakeholders towards ending drought emergencies.
Lt. Col (RTd) Hassan has a wealth of experience in strategic management as well as risk and conflict management. He holds a BA in Political Science and Masters Degrees in International Conflict Management; Strategic Security Studies; and Military Arts and Science.
