Climate and Data Science Advisor / IFRC Climate Centre/Anticipation Hub

Juan is a climate scientist at IFRC Climate Centre/Anticipation Hub with many years’ experience in
implementing climate change adaptation programmes in South America. A PhD in climate science and
with experience with national meteorological and hydrological departments, he brings valuable
